Mr. Ciro Intini has worked in the HVAC industry for over 30 years starting as a technician’s apprentice, transitioning into the field of sheetmetal, and eventually into a position in project management. To further his career, he enrolled in educational programs to achieve his EPA and HVAC certifications. In 2004, Mr. Intini started his own sheetmetal company which still operates today. In 2013, he opened up DNJ Mechanical which has been steadily growing. Mr Intini wanted to be able to better serve his high profile cliental with a broader range of services. He is a firm believer in people and has assembled a team of expert associates who are able to deliver cost efficient and superior products to his customers. His reputation continues to be based on integrity and the thorough completeness of projects ahead of schedule and under budget.
Mr. Daniel Giannone has been a partner and assisted in the development and creation of DNJ Mechanical since 2013. As President, Mr Giannone assists the CEO in leading new business development and strategy. He oversees all marketing and publicity for DNJ Mechanical in addition to supervising the estimating and project management departments. Mr Giannone has 10 years’ experience in the field including LEED, Living Building Challenge, design build, and value engineering. He prides himself on providing excellent service and quick project turnarounds while maintaining the highest degree of safety.
Mr. Giannone has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences and Business from SUNY Stony Brook University in addition to site safety certification and HVAC industry certifications.

Omer Ali is a highly accomplished HVAC industry professional with over 27 years of experience in estimating, sales, business development, project management, cost control, procurement, and client relationship management. Throughout his career, he has earned a reputation for delivering accurate project estimates, driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and providing innovative HVAC solutions for commercial, industrial, institutional, and mission-critical facilities.
As Vice President of Estimating, Sales & Business Development, Omer plays a key role in the company's growth and operational success. He oversees preconstruction and estimating efforts, develops business opportunities, strengthens client relationships, and identifies strategic market opportunities. His extensive industry expertise and customer-focused approach enable him to deliver comprehensive solutions that align with clients' technical, financial, and operational objectives.
Omer's leadership is built on collaboration, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. He has successfully partnered with contractors, engineers, architects, developers, facility managers, and building owners on projects of varying size and complexity, consistently delivering value while fostering long-term relationships based on trust and performance.
